The 5.6 km long journey by car to the starting point leads from the bridge over the river Enns, through the village Hall bei Admont, the district Mühlau and 200m after the electricity plan to the parking lot. There is also the crossroad between Pyhrgasgatterl to the left and just right we will hike to the Mühlauer waterfall.

On a forest road we walk past the youth home St. Benedict over 1 km into the valley - Volkernotgraben. The last 200m we walk on a narrow path beside the little stream. After 1.2km we are directly at the about 15m high Mühlauer waterfall 875m. Who looks exactly can discover from mid-May to late June, next to the forest road the yellow Lady's Slipper orchid. The Lady's Slipper orchid is one of the most magnificent wild orchid species in Europe and is nature conservation in all countries. Who walk very careful by the stream bed, can also see some lizards.

After the break we hike to the south, mostly on a forest road, past the unmanaged hut - Pfarrerbauernalm - to the district Zirnitz and from there back to the starting point. In total this lovely tour has only 165 vertical meters.
