On the second day we drive first of Palfau on the road - Erlauftalstraße through Gams and up to the pass - Radstatthöhe (8% average slope, 150 vertical meters) to Mooslandl. Here we leave the main road and drive over a paved side road down to Lainbach. There follows 3,5 km to the road - Eisenstraße B115 to Hieflau 503m .

The gravel road of Hieflau up to the beautiful pasture - Hochscheibenalm in the National Park Gesäuse is about 8 km long, 6 km thereof with a gradient of 10%. After the highest and very promising point on 1.190m the follows the downhill to the managed Kroißenalm and then to the little village - Gstatterboden in the valley. After the inn - Nature Park Pavilion we drive 500m on the road - Gesäusestraße to the railway crossing and then not to the left over the Enns bridge , but straight on the MTB Tour Rauchboden 3 kilometers to the railway station Johnbach.

Away from the train station we push our mountainbikes 200m long, cross the railroad track and the wooden bridge over the river - Enns. Unlike the 3 - day tour we did not drive to Johnsbach, but on the road - Gesäusestraße B146 4.5 km through the Gesäuse with the narrow mountains towards Admont. Particularly noteworthy here are the rapids of the River Enns. At Km 41 we leave the road Gesäusestraße and bike on a paved road to Weng im Gesäuse. Here you should stop at the bridge and enjoy the wonderful view back to the Gesäuseeingang. In Weng im Gesäuse start the last climbing up on the Kletzenberg to the saddle – Buchauer Sattel. After three kilometers on the road – Buchauer Bundesstraße we leave the main road again and mostly on gravel roads we drive down to St. Gallen. At Km 57 we pass the inn - Forellenhof and after the small slope in Grießbach we drive through the district Oberreith and past the water park. After very eventful 63 kilometers we reach the starting point.
